Suggested Use For Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue & Cardiac Health: As a dietary supplement, take 2 scoop (5g) mixed into your favorite beverage 3 times daily for the first 3 weeks, or as recommended by your physician. After 3 weeks the dose may be reduced to twice daily for maintenance.

Suggested Use For Athletics & Endurance: Take 5 grams twice daily. Take 30-45 minutes before and after exercise or physical activity. Additional doses may be taken during the activity if the duration of exercise is prolonged (several hours).
