What you’re paying for here is a brand new High performance Aus-Turbo core & fitment to your original turbo. Your housings will need to be in good serviceable condition or you may require new housings at an additional cost. Your turbo will be stripped & cleaned, fitted with a brand new high performance CHRA/core & I’ll have it all ready for you to fit to your vehicle. If you’re local to western Sydney, Penrith, st Clair NSW area you can drop your turbo off to me, I generally meet customers in a public area or you can post it to me. 100% Aussie seller, Aussie built here in Australia! (Ball bearing turbo) Please note the first image is so you can see how these GT3576R look fitted & the additional items are not included in the sale. This is a straight bolt on upgraded stage 3 CHRA that requires no modifications to your original compressor housing & turbine housing. No you won’t log check engine lights or mess up your standard tune providing you run standard boost, standard boost actuator. This is the best bang for your buck, we have tested these and they make big difference in performance when compared to the standard Garrett CHRA. What you will notice, faster spool, nicer sound on boost, faster & harder boost guaranteed, amazing increase in performance! The bearing housing is a brand new upgraded aftermarket type, it’s stronger then the original & the oil feed holes are slightly larger for better oil flow & less chance of oil starvation. This Turbo CHRA suits Ford Falcon FG XR6 turbo, G6E, Ford Territory. (This CHRA will not fit vehicles with the larger GT3582r such as BA BF XR6 turbo or F6 typhoon) This is an upgraded CHRA for the Garrett GT3576R turbo with 11 blade billet compressor wheel & 9 impeller high flow turbine. You have a choice of brass cages or peak cages. Ceramic ball bearings are used for more durability & slightly faster spool (Proven to be better then steel, Garrett run Ceramic in their later model high end GTX Turbos), built to last! Aus Turbo CHRA parts fitted: -New high quality Ceramic ball bearing cartridge with -brass cages (or Peek). -New rings (Upgraded Stepped back on turbine side) -New seals -New heat shield -New back seal plate -New 11 blade billet compressor wheel. -New 9 blade performance high flow turbine wheel -New Upgraded High flow oil restrictor -New upgraded core bearing housing -VSR balanced This Aus Turbo CHRA Feels nice & firm like a brand new Garrett turbocharger is meant to feel, spins nice & free. Professionally built, All work carried out by qualified Australian mechanic with well over 20 years experience. 100% Positive feedback. These AUS Turbo CHRA’s are all hand built in Australia & only the highest quality parts have been used. Please note: I have seen a number of XR6 Turbo failures due to heat as the factory garrett turbos run plastic bearing cages and steel balls, most I have seen are melted or broken on the hot side, the brass bearing cages alone are an upgrade and the ceramic balls take a lot more heat. In some other cases failures are due to lack of lubrication, lack of oil changes which causes sludge build up. Factory oil feed line must be replaced, it’s recommended to fit a braided type with a filtration device. There is a little filter/strainer on the oil pressure switch side of feed line that needs to be removed or replaced also. You must check that there is adequate oil supply & a new braided oil line with a filteration device must be fitted, no exceptions! Replacement part warranty only. Warranty will not cover labour or any other cost incurred. The CHRA will need to be sent back to us for inspection before accepting liability for warranty.
