It is in excellent condition: crack-resistant body has no chips, cracks or repairs. I can’t quite tell if this is nickel or silver plate, but it is about 97% intact with just a little wear on a couple of the rings–but pretty much unnoticeable. Adjustable thumb rest. Unlike most of the clarinets you may be looking at online, this one is just through the shop where it had two tenon corks replaced and was completely repadded with B17 de’Jur double-bladder, pressed-felt pads on the lower, and the upper in Ferree’s premium cork. Plays very nicely across all registers with a crisp feel, even response, and full, dark tone, and greatly improved intonation with the synthetic Lee Springer barrel, which has a reverse taper similar to a Moennig. Cork grease and key oil are for local pickup only and will not be shipped, but it does include a brand new ProTec microfiber cloth and new SuperSlick chamois swab. S/n 594XXX is far too new for the published lists and a bit newer than the other Greenline we have listed, but will be very close to 2009. Comes in a generic hard case in excellent condition, and also includes a brand-new, Kaces KUXE Series weather-resistant case cover with lots of padding, several zippered pockets, and strap. An excellent, weather-resistant horn—perfect for your student in high school or those days when you don’t want to take your main R13 out in the cold.
