No box is ever « perfect » and there may be small marks or creases as a result of shipping and handling. We carefully package all items in strong shipping boxes with the expectation that the box will arrive in good condition. However, we cannot guarantee how the box is handled or what happens to it once it leaves our facility. We are not responsible for any items damaged, lost, or stolen for any reason. If you are concerned, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance. Please contact us before paying for your item (request an invoice from us) so we can adjust your final amount due for the insurance. We work hard to process, pack, and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, please allow 2-4 business days from the time you make payment for your item to ship. Cut-off time for our business day is 3:00p.m. EST, all items purchased after that time will be treated as if purchased on the next business day. We apologize but we cannot gift wrap any items or add special notes to the packages. We include a packing slip with shipments. If you request a ?gift packing slip?
