You must include a dated proof of purchase receipt, describe your problem, and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”). We will provide you with an RMA number and written instructions for sending the Products to us to be tested for warranty consideration. You must follow those instructions. Big Kahuna Diesel does not accept Products sent to us without an RMA. We do not cover return shipping. You will need to pay for shipping the Products to us, and be aware that your shipment company is responsible for damages caused by shipping the Product to us. If our testing confirms that a Product DOES NOT exhibit any material or workmanship defect within the testing specifications we have identified, you will be assessed a standard fee for cleaning / testing and the Product will be shipped back to you at your expense, UPS Ground. If our testing confirms that a Product DOES exhibit material or workmanship defect, Big Kahuna Diesel will replace the item (like for like), and cover UPS Ground shipping to return the replacement Product to the original Customer.
