Almost all of the plating has worn off, it may have been silverplate, it is difficult to tell, it is some kind of lead or pewter beneath, maybe nickel. It is not magnetic, and they are quite heavy for the size. They have significant wear from use, they have screw base, but it is sealed shut by minerals/decay. No maker marks or identifications.
