You are bidding on one lot of two pocket hones or knife sharpening stones as pictured.Included are:— a round stone in a steel tin or case, and the tin is marked « POCKET IDEAL HONE ». Diameter is about 1-3/4″, and height is not quite 3/4″. It has the lid as shown, with the hinge on one side and the clasp on the other. Condition is good, with some of the original copper finish remaining on the case. The hinge has come loose as shown, and was probably soldered to the tin originally. The tin shows wear, but there are no major dents or other issues.— a rectangular stone in a cardboard sleeve, and the sleeve is marked with « FIRESTONE POCKET STONE SUPREME QUALITY SILICON CARBIDE » on the top, with the Firestone logo on the underside, and with « POCKET STONE » on both edges. The stone measures just under 3″ by about 13/16″ by about 5/16″ thick. Condition is fair, with lots of uneven wear to the stone. The sleeve doesn’t have any end flaps, but it may have been made that way. The sleeve shows lots of wear, especially in the one corner, and someone has put a piece of clear tape over one end.The winner gets both stones! SHIPPING: Under 1 pound, shipped in a padded envelope.
