Lab World Group The Intellicyt iQue Screener Plus is an integrated platform for the rapid multiplex analysis of cells and beads. This user-friendly system is ideal for applications with limited or rare cells or when speed is of the essence. This software automated system provides in depth analysis. This analyzer allows users to profile and characterize cells relevant to disease. The insights provided help to make your drug development more effective and enable faster decisions. The Intellicyt iQue Screener Plus is compatible with 96- 384 well plates, and uses continuous airgap delimited sampling. The minimum assay volume required is 10ul, and the minimum sample aspiration is 1ul. Plates can be sampled in as little as 5 minutes for a 96 well plate and around 20 for a 384 well. This analyzer can work with foil sealed plates, and is capable of volumetric cell counting. The minimum particle size that can be detected is 0.5um at a rate of up to 35000/second. The IntelliCyt iQue Screener PLUS Blue-Red laser configuration allows for phenotypic screening and profiling. This setup is ideal for applications that require up to 6-color detection. Applications such as immunophenotyping, cell health assessment, secreted protein analysis using QBead-based assays, and more.
