I am proud to offer this Selmer/Bach/Bundy Bb cornet with a serial number of 413649 for your consideration. The Bundy model is the predecessor to Selmers current line of the Bach CR300 series cornets. This is a nice looking and excellent functioning cornet that has been reconditioned to ensure total reliability throughout its daily use for years to come. It does contain an assortment of dings, scratches, and finish wear consistent with a pre owned instrument. This cornet has experienced a hard blow to the back of the bell near the back brace. The dent has been removed to the best of my ability, however, there still remains some ripples and hazing to the lacquer finish in the area. This cornet has been ultrasonically cleaned, flushed, and all worn valve guides, stem felts, top cap felts, valve springs and water key corks have been replaced. All tuning slides have received new grease, and all three valves have been oiled. All braces are tight and secure. The main tuning slide will not go in any further than what is pictured. I tested the pitch of the cornet to my Korg electronic tuner and it was in tune with the device with the slide in place. This Selmer Bundy cornet is a great instrument that will be a joy to own and play. It comes in its original Bundy hard case and with a nice Bach 7C mouthpiece.
