eBay STERLING SILVER MEXICO CROSS & ITALY CHAIN This listing features the vintage marriage of a sterling silver Mexican cross and a sterling silver Italian chain. Combined, they weigh a hefty 30 grams. They are beautifully suited to one another and have apparently been together for quite a while. The pueblo style cross measures 1 3/4 inches tall (including the 1/2 inch bale) by a little over 1 inch wide by 1/4 inches thick, including the bezel set oval Mexican onyx. It is marked 925 on the reverse with the silversmith location in Mexico. It weighs 8 grams. The stone is polished flat and is solid but slightly imperfect if you’re really looking (please see detailed photos). The sturdy rolo chain measures 23 inches long, is marked Italy 925 sterling silver, and has a lobster claw clasp. The clasp is original and works well. This chain weighs 30 grams. Both chain and charm are in gorgeous condition with very thick patina. I don’t polish Mexican silver since some of you like patina and some of you don’t, so it comes as pictured.
